Who we are
Web Start India is a web design and SEO business serving Karimnagar, Telangana, India. It is not a registered company and trades under this name.
Our services
We agree the scope, what you will receive, the schedule and the fees in writing before work begins. A message on WhatsApp counts as writing. Work outside what we agreed is quoted separately before we start it.
Payments
Fees and when they are due are set out in the plan we agree for your project. Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, advertising spend and payment gateway fees are paid by you and are not part of our fee unless we say so.
Your content and your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other material you give us, and that the facts you ask us to publish about your business are true. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
No guarantee of results
SEO, Google Business Profile work and advertising depend on many things we do not control, including search engines, platforms and your market. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales.
Third-party services
Domain names, hosting, advertising platforms, payment gateways and similar services are provided by other companies, under their own terms. We are not responsible for changes they make to their services.

The information on this website is for general guidance and is not professional legal, financial or medical advice. We try to keep it accurate and may change it at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a problem with a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date above. The terms that apply to your project are the ones in force when we agreed the plan.
