What happens if I do not maintain my website?
Software falls out of date, and out-of-date sites are a common way websites get hacked. Pages can also break after hosting changes, and Google may start warning visitors.
Can Web Start India maintain a website someone else built?
Yes. We check what you have first, tell you what needs fixing and then look after it.
Are content changes included in website maintenance?
Small changes such as a new offer, a photo or a phone number are included, up to the limit we agree in your plan. Larger changes are quoted before we start.
Do you take backups of my website?
Yes. We keep backups, take one before every update and check that a backup can be restored.
